Sometimes someone does something simply to prove it is possible. This time essentially forge-welding a roll of aluminum foil (I am sure there is a various technical, metallurgical term), and forming it into a razor-sharp kitchen area knife.
I can’t believe he polishes it up to 30000-grit. And then he strops it. That is outrageous knife making idea. Much like the edge, he places on it. Aluminum is probably not very high in terms of edge retention, however, color me amazed.
